Services Update 4Q 2017

Harvey King
Vice President, Services
Welcome to the fourth edition of the Services Update. In this quarter’s message, I want to share with you some leadership and structural changes that we have made as we continue driving our organization to greater focus on delivering business outcomes to our clients.

The recent appointment of Houda Elfallah to lead our Global Service Management Operations is a key step in realizing our vision. She will leverage the capabilities created by the CIS team to drive a more consistent process around management of the services we provide to our clients, and create a consistent and governed mechanism to ensure that we follow ITIL processes in delivery. With the growth in the ITO business, it is critical that we maintain a dedicated focus to onboard new clients.

Security and Advanced Analytics will continue to remain priorities going forward as well. Jonathan Goldberger has recently joined as Vice President of Global Security. He is responsible for driving the strategy and day-to-day operations of the Unisys global security services team. In this role, he leads the company's newly integrated sales and services efforts for managed security services and security consulting services. Danielle Reinhart is our new Practice Director, Analytics. Danielle was instrumental in the initial creation of the Services Analytics team and was a champion in many of the early client engagements within that organization, including defining cost models and executing pre-sales activities.

Mark Alba, Vice President of Marketing from Ann’s Marketing and Communications organization continues to lead marketing efforts across the services portfolio. Adding to the current rooster of product and service marketers, Andrew Lochart recently joined Mark’s team as Senior Director to lead our marketing efforts for Unisys Security Solutions. With a background in network and messaging security, Andrew will apply his experience marketing innovative software-as-a-service security offerings to deliver marketing programs that drive differentiation, awareness and demand for our security solutions.

2018 will be an exciting year across the services portfolio, beginning with the sales training at our Global Go-to-Market kickoff February 5-7 in Orlando, Florida. The following week we will also have the opportunity to share our Services strategy with leading industry analysts at our UnisysNOW! analyst event, also in Orlando. Throughout the year, the Marketing team will lead efforts to grow Unisys’ presence through participation in marquee industry events, including the RSA Security Conference (April 16-20), Dell-EMC World (April 30-May 3) and the Black Hat USA 2018 security conference (August 4-9), to name a few.
