Border Technology and Immigration Reform
An interview with Amy Rall, group vice president for Homeland Security and Critical Infrastructure at Unisys, and David Aguilar, former acting commissioner and chief of the border patrol, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Department of Homeland Security.

Immigration reform is not a new topic but is expected to be one of the top priorities in 2017 for President Trump. While all of the aspects of this new focus on border security are still being defined, it’s expected to include elements of both physical security protections as well as advanced technology.

Listen to a Federal News Radio interview with Amy Rall, group vice president for Homeland Security and Critical Infrastructure at Unisys, and David Aguilar, former acting commissioner and chief of the border patrol, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Department of Homeland Security, as they discuss border technology and immigration reform. Rall and Aguilar discuss how technology is a critical part in securing our borders now and in the future and how the data collected can tell a good solid story of what’s happening at our borders.

This interview is part of Unisys Voices of Government IT Series in conjunction with Federal News Radio.
